Consultation - assess client needs, goals, challenges, timeframe, and budget.
Research - understand client's industry, target market and competitors.
Proposal - after review and assessment of project, eMarket 2.0 will submit a formal written plan detailing the project, including costs and timeline to complete.
Agreement - after client verbally accepts our proposal, a written agreement will be forwarded to formalize our proposal. A deposit from client will be required at this phase of our agreement. The deposit can be made online through PayPal and they accept most credit/debit cards; you do not need an account with PayPal to utilize our PayPal payment option.
Prepare - in most instances, we only require clients to answer a few questions to help us jumpstart the process. However, depending on the type of project, eMarket 2.0 may require additional items from client at this point, such as logo, bio's, product pricing, etc. We may also perform additional research at this time. eMarket 2.0 will compile a master checklist and final timeline of project.
Creation - our writers, designers and technical staff will go to work constructing and designing the project, keeping the client informed on the progress throughout the entire process.
Troubleshooting - the project is not complete until both our compliance and technical staff review and internally test the project for quality.
Review/Approval - once the project has passed the Troubleshooting phase, we will then ask the client for final approval and/or changes. Payment for remaining project will be due immediately following any modications and upon final approval.
Release, Launch or Go To Market - depending on the type of project and after any client modifications and final approval, we will then release, launch and/or go to market with your project. Emarket 2.0 may monitor results of project, depending on type of service or agreement being provided.
